Belton Woods Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort, Grantham

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for golf lovers with a great view of the golf course. However, some areas needed refurbishment, and noise could be an issue on the ground floor. The service was excellent, with friendly staff who even accommodated special dietary requests. The location was convenient for exploring Grantham and walking around the area, although the price for some amenities seemed a bit high. The dining experience offered a good variety of dishes, but there were instances of overpriced items. Overall, a lovely stay with some minor drawbacks.

The hotel rooms are very comfy; I would definitely recommend staying here despite the need for a good clean, especially the carpets and bathrooms. Some inconsistencies with billing and lack of servicing after the first night were disappointing. The service, however, was excellent, with happy staff although there were instances of discussing negative aspects in front of guests. The location is convenient for exploring Grantham and Belton House. The hotel facilities were satisfactory.

The service was superb, with some overly quick plate clearing. The location was excellent for relaxation and activities, but not ideal for a short stop. The dining experience was average with a good range of buffet options. Overall, the facilities were decently maintained.
